The challenge

A 5-year Bazaarvoice contract was up for renewal at $3,200 / mo with a 14% YoY hike. The widget was hurting LCP on PDP (3.4s on mobile) and the team was capped at one layout — a static review wall.

What we did

1One-day data migration: 8.4k reviews + UGC posts moved off Bazaarvoice via the Idukki migration adapter, with author + verified-buyer state preserved.
2Replaced the old wall with a 3-up shoppable grid + product-tagged carousel on the PDP, plus a homepage UGC band.
3Ran an A/B against the legacy widget on 50% of PDP traffic for 21 days using the Idukki experimentation engine.
