Sales Development Rep — EMEA

About the role

The EMEA SDR team is three people; you'd be the fourth. We expect 12 sales-qualified opportunities a month. Tooling is good: Apollo + Outreach + LinkedIn Sales Nav + our internal theme-detector that tells you which Shopify Plus brands run Bazaarvoice / Yotpo today.

What you'll do

  • Hit 12 SQOs / month for one of two AEs
  • Maintain a 350-touch-per-week cadence across LinkedIn, email, and call
  • Use the Idukki theme detector to qualify the prospect's current stack pre-outreach
  • Feed messaging tests back to the growth team — what subject lines / openings convert

What you'll need

  • 2-3 years SDR/BDR experience in ecommerce SaaS
  • Demonstrated > 100% quota attainment in the last 2 quarters
  • Strong written-tone calibration — you can sound right for both DTC founder + mid-market eCom director audiences
  • Outreach / Apollo / SalesLoft fluency
