About the role

You own the high-velocity post-sale motion. 40 accounts, monthly check-ins, structured onboarding milestones, and a soft expansion role (you flag, the AE closes).

What you'll do

  • 90-day onboarding for every new mid-market account — adoption is your DRI
  • Run a weekly cohort review with the rest of the CS team
  • Build and maintain the onboarding playbook the rest of the team uses
  • Flag expansion signals to the AE; no quota, just visibility

What you'll need

  • 3+ years CS or onboarding in SaaS
  • Bias to async + written process — playbooks > tribal knowledge
  • Comfort with ambiguity in a smaller book of accounts
