About the role

You own the post-sale lifecycle for our biggest accounts. 18-account book averaging $170K ARR. The bar is quarterly QBRs run from real data (not slides), 12-week onboarding plans, and a net retention target of 118%.

What you'll do

  • Own renewal + expansion across 18 strategic accounts
  • Lead quarterly business reviews — every QBR includes a live A/B-test result and one new capability
  • Partner with the SE on every renewal-blocking technical issue
  • Identify expansion: signage, agentic shopping, rights API across the book

What you'll need

  • 5+ years CS at a SaaS company selling into ecommerce, martech, or retail tech
  • Track record carrying a > $2M ARR book at 110%+ NRR
  • Comfortable with C-suite + VP-level executives
  • Will-tear-up-the-slide-deck-and-show-the-dashboard energy
