Cancel + export your data
How to cancel your subscription, export your collections, and what happens to UGC after offboarding.

No-questions-asked cancel + a clean data export. Here’s how:
Cancel
Settings → Billing → Cancel. Effective at the end of the current billing period. No refund on the unused portion (we keep things simple).
Export
Settings → Data → Export. We email you a ZIP within 24h containing every post, every collection, every layout config and every event — in CSV + JSON.
Retention after cancel
Customer data is fully deleted 30 days after cancel. Backups are scrubbed within 90 days per our data retention policy.
