Social Media Manager — Founders' Brand + Idukki

About the role

Our content team writes long-form; you turn it into social. You also run the founder accounts (Rohin + Anjali) — coaching them on cadence, drafting, and amplification. Comfortable being measured on impressions + qualified-traffic, not just likes.

What you'll do

• Run @idukki accounts on LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Threads + Instagram. 4-5 posts a day across the portfolio
• Coach Rohin + Anjali on their personal accounts — draft, schedule, review
• Repurpose every comparison page, benchmark report and product launch into a thread + a short-form clip
• Own the post-mortem: weekly review of what landed, by impressions + qualified-traffic-to-/pricing
• Test new formats — long-form LinkedIn carousels, TikTok demo loops, Threads commentary

What you'll need

• 4+ years running a B2B SaaS social account that the team uses to drive pipeline
• Has run a founder account end-to-end (draft, schedule, amplify)
• Strong post-mortem instinct — you can name the three reasons a post landed
• Comfort with on-camera scripting + light editing (CapCut, Descript)

Nice to haves

• Existing personal account with > 5K LinkedIn or > 10K Twitter following
• Prior ecommerce or DTC brand experience
