About the role

You own the design system + the dashboard experience. 6 squads run on Figma against your library. You ship motion specs, you write the IA, and you partner with engineering on the implementation.

What you'll do

  • Own + grow the Idukki design system + Figma library (currently ~140 components)
  • Run the design crit; mentor 3 product designers
  • Pair with engineering through the implementation pass — no throw-over-the-wall handoffs
  • Ship 3 motion specs / quarter (Lottie or Rive)

What you'll need

  • 8+ years product design in B2B SaaS, at least 4 in a senior IC role
  • A portfolio of dashboard work that handles real complexity (data tables, multi-step flows, role-based access)
  • Strong systems thinking — your design system stays usable as it scales
  • Comfortable shipping production code (or willing to learn the basics)
