Agencies should be 15% of new ARR by Q4. You build the program: tiering, certification, co-marketing, deal-reg, the quarterly summit. Reports to the VP Sales.

What you'll do
- Recruit + onboard 50+ agency partners in year one
- Run the certification program (live training, exam, badge)
- Build the agency portal + deal-registration flow with engineering
- Host the quarterly Idukki Agency Summit (London + NYC alternating)
- Co-marketing — webinar series, joint case studies, conference co-sponsorship
What you'll need
- 6+ years building agency partner programs at a SaaS company
- Has owned a partner-attributed-ARR target
- Comfort negotiating co-marketing budgets
- Network in Shopify Plus / BigCommerce / Klaviyo + agency ecosystems
